Alliance Medical Clinic and Desert Valley Palliative Care are seeking a compassionate, motivated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in a hybrid behavioral health role that includes mobile visits, telepsychiatry, and outpatient psychiatric care.

Position Overview:
The Psych NP will provide psychiatric and behavioral health services across a mix of care settings, including:
- Mobile visits to assisted living facilities.
- Memory care communities.
- Group homes.
- Private homes, as appropriate.
- Telepsychiatry visits.
- Outpatient clinic-based psychiatric visits.
This role is ideal for a provider who values flexibility and enjoys combining in-person care with telehealth and office-based psychiatry.
Clinical Focus:
This role includes a strong emphasis on:
- Psychiatric evaluations.
- Medication management.
- Depression and anxiety treatment.
- Dementia-related behavioral management.
- Behavioral health support for medically complex adults and seniors.
- Supportive care in collaboration with primary care and palliative care teams.
- Coordination with families, caregivers, and facility staff.
- Monitoring treatment response and improving quality of life.
The provider will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care that supports emotional well-being, behavioral stability, and functional quality of life.

Required Licensure / Certifications:
- Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license.
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification required.
- Current BLS certification.
- DEA license.
